NOW HERE IT IS: My Doll Room and My New Barbie

After two weekends I finally finish my doll room; it was not easy never-less I had so much fun doing my little dolly project!
I cover the cereal box with this very cool duck-tape!
This room has been through so many changes, I hope you like the finish product!
I still may want to add some more stuff but I really don't know.

NOW FOR THE NEW BARBIE
The Museum Collection: Gusta Klimt
The doll is model after the famous painting of Adele Bloch-Bauer

I bought this doll at Target 2 or 3 weekends ago and at first, I wanted to switch her body
with another doll. I said to myself "Cool she has a pivotal body!" but when I got home, how sad I was to
only find out that her arms are pivotal, not her legs!

After a few hours I grew to like the doll very much,
I would like to thank that beautiful curly hair and the cute face!
Plus, the dress pretty much has a life of it's own.

I named her Lucy McLean, hope you love the name with more photos to show you

  1. Congrats on getting the room done. I love the colors. I also love how you have restyled the doll. Love her "going to work" look! That dress is pretty fantastic. I hate when Mattel does the articulated arms and not the legs, or vice versa as they did with the female Harley Davidson part of the duo. I just don't get it with them. If you are going to articulate any of it, articulate all of it!

  2. I love the interior design -- bold but coordinated. It suits Ms. McLean's personality.
