O.k... well, I'm a "tad" older than 28, but I remember my favorites being Caspar (the friendly ghost),the Osmonds and Jackson 5 cartoons, Scooby Doo, Josie and the Pussycats.. and I remember the Harlem Globetrotters having their own cartoon series and liking that one too!..
